What if I am months behind?
Cleanup or catch-up is quoted separately. In the first conversation we see how many months need order and we put a clear proposal in front of you.
How do I know which plan I need?
You can book a first conversation where we review the size of your business, transaction volume, number of accounts, and the level of support you need. With that information, we recommend the plan that best fits your operation.
Is the client portal required?
Yes, for active clients. Documents, reports, and the month’s follow-up live there, so nothing is lost in a chat.
Does the service cover my state?
Yes. 100% online service, available in all 50 states. You do not need to be in a specific city.
Do you speak Spanish or English?
Bilingual. We work in the language your business uses; IRS forms and QuickBooks can be in English, and the explanation for you can be in Spanish.
